Hugo Boss Sailing Facebook Competition

Increasing the awareness of the sailing team on Facebook.

Slipstream were asked by Hugo Boss Sailing to design and build a competition as part of their Barcelona World Race campaign. The aim was to increase the awareness of the Sailing team on Facebook.

A tab and an app

We created both a tab and an app for the competition. The tab introduced the competition to fellow Facebook users and gave them the ability to like the Hugo Boss Sailing page. Once liked, users were given the chance to enter.

This then directed people to the app. Using an app meant we could personalise the competition and also give people the ability to share it on their wall for their friends to see.

Email campaign and Facebook advert

We also designed a Facebook advert and a trackable email campaign to help increase entires to the competition.
